26^th Tonmeistertagung in Leipzig

Workshops, and introduction to our new Website on the occasion of the TMT in Leipzig

During the Tonmeistertagung, the team from Microtech Gefell GmbH showed the new company Website, and presented new advances in the development of unique directional characteristics in microphones. As a contribution to this, Microtech Gefell Managing Director Matthias Domke presented a paper entitled “Synthesis of polar patterns using a twin microphone”

In parallel with the Tonmeistertagung, and in Leipzig city, two workshops took place at the SAE featuring talented Berlin singer Bettina Meske. Various microphones were auditioned, and tips for recording vocals were discussed. This enabled participants to consider and experience the combination of the technical aspects of microphones and their practical usage.
